Deposits are full payment, calculated by the number of nights you are boarding. You'll pay for extra services, like final days of day care or baths, on the day of your drop-off. We encourage you to look at our Metro Dollar packages to see if buying one will be the best value for your dollar.

•  Full payments are due to confirm a reservation.

•  We refund in full if you cancel with more than 14 days from the first day of your stay.

•  Cancellations within 14 days forfeit 50% of your deposit; the other 50% is put on your Metro Dog account to be used for future services.

•  Once your deposit has been paid, should you need, you can shorten your dog's stay or check out early. The difference in price (ie overpaid amount) is added as a credit to your Metro Dog account for future services.
